1. Our Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every software product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date — no questions asked.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date.
- You must provide your order confirmation number or the email address used at checkout.
- Refund requests after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Please include your order number, the product name, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Credit card refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will appear on your statement within 1–2 billing cycles.
- ACH bank transfer refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and may take an additional 1–3 business days to appear in your bank account.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago (unless approved at our discretion).
- Products where the license key has been used to activate the software on more than 3 devices.
- Purchases made under promotional pricing where the terms expressly excluded refunds.
6. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional processing fees. We are committed to resolving any issue promptly and fairly.
